• If you already have an existing texting account and want to get started on with Switchboard Email, email us at support@oneswitchboard.com and let us know the domain you want to send email from.

  • If your email address is candidate@campaign.com, then the domain is campaign.com

  • You can't send from a gmail.com email, it has to be a domain that you are able to control.

• We'll send over DNS records for you to configure - once those are validated on our end, you'll be good to get started!
