🏗 A Brand New Form Editor

The Form Builder now uses a tab-based layout with organized sections on the side, replacing the old single-scroll view. This gives you quick access to every setting without hunting through a long page - and it opens the door for a lot more customization options (keep reading 👀).

🎨 More Visual Customization

You can now customize more of your form's look and feel directly in the editor:

  • Add background images

  • Align your form left, right, or center

  • Customize your submit button styling

No custom CSS needed for the basics!

♻ CSS Templates

For teams that do use custom CSS - we've added the ability to save CSS Templates so you can save your styles and reuse them across multiple forms. Update a template once and apply it everywhere in just a few clicks. You can also set a default CSS template so every new form starts with your team's look.

We rebuilt the engine under the hood, and you'll feel it immediately. Every change you make now saves faster and more reliably, so the entire editor feels snappier and more responsive. Build and iterate on your forms with confidence.

🔗 Custom Social Share Settings

Control how your form looks when it's shared on social media or in a link preview. You can now customize your Social Share title, description, and image right in the editor.

📤 Easier Sharing & Previewing

We've streamlined the share experience - previewing and sharing your form now takes fewer clicks, and the share panel has been redesigned to be clearer and easier to navigate.

🔜 Coming Soon: Custom Domains

Soon you'll be able to add and configure a custom domain to host your forms. Stay tuned - more details coming shortly! Email support@ if you would like early access to help us test out this feature.

✨ Reminders

  • Embed your forms anywhere - Use the embed snippet in the share menu to drop your form directly onto your website or landing page.

  • Forms automatically create contacts - Every submission creates a contact that syncs right back into Switchboard, so your lists stay up to date without any extra steps.
